Brewers Yeast or micronized linseed or both?

Can you feed both of these supplements or are you double dosing on certain vits/minerals?

I heard that brewers yeast can help with itchy horses /sweet itch?

I feed both but I don't feed huge amounts of linseed as I have fatties.

ETA, none of mine have sweet itch but they do rub their tails in summer. They have done this a lot less (though not completely stopped) since having BY.

I feed both. My horses seem to be less bothered by the midges when they're on BY and the linseed is good for general skin and coat condition.
