brewers yeast vs yea sac??

I need advice on these too products, Hes been on horse first relax me which has helped hugely thru the summer but now the grass is running out ive noticed hes started to crib again so he needs a little more help to keep his tummy settled.
Any advice on yea sac or brewers yeast welcom. Thanks

well tbh ive always fed both along side each other as i was told that 1 is a probiotic and 1 is a prebiotic so one provides the live yeast and the other feeds it . they certainly worked for me with my pony who was cribbing and eating poo

One is a pre and one is pro biotic so one goes in and grows healthy bacteria in the tummy whilst the other is alive when it goes in. I feed thunderbrook feed which has it already in.
