I have read previous posts on this - people recommending it as a calmer etc. was wondering what sort of place I would buy it from ( bearing in mind im in southern Ireland) and also in what quantities to feed it??

I buy it in tubs from my normal feed merchant - I guess yours could order it for you. It's under £10 per tub and I feed two scoops a day.
I have noticed a big change in my horse; he is much, much more laid back since starting on this stuff a month ago. I actually bought it for repelling midges!

I didnt realise brewers yeast could help to calm them! I've just brought some for a friends shetland with sweet itch after someone on here recommended them. The tub says to take 2 tablets 3 times a day (humans) so how much should I give a 390kg pony?

Thats whats confusing me. I read humans are to get 2 tablespoons a day, so surely for a horse that would be increased to about 15-20 tablespoons a day

or if 6 tablets for humans, then about 40-60 tablets a day for a horse!!

Well Im certainly in the right place for Guinness! Iv got some which has gone out of date its in the feedroom Ill try n give it to my mare - about half can daily? In the meantime ill try local feed merchants, yet again thanks for all your help!!
