After 6 runs at BE100 on horse who has yet to have XC fault (well technically he got compulsory elimination today after I missed the poxy flags for the water but he went fab and clear - sack the Jockey) Im thinking of stepping up to novice after Goring BE100.

Whats Bricky like? I cant find any photos of it.

And what about Pulborough/Larkhill Novice to finish season on?

Thanks

I did Larkhill as my first novice although it was a RC one but over the BE course. It was a lovely first novice a few questions but nothing too huge or technical, it is slightly on shorter side but they are limited with the course being inside the P2P course. Not done the others so can't comment.

I did Bricky as my first novice and was a really nice course :) there was a bounce in it last year and 2 waters in quick succession but was a really nice course and nothing too scary! :)

Bricky is lovely. As they say in the schedule, it is normally fairly straight forward for a novice and there will be alternatives at any of the real questions. Lovely event with really friendly organisers.

no idea about Bricky but Larkhill is an easy Novice and Pulborough is not - it is a tough BE100 and the Novice is def pretty technical and big.

Frecklesmum - I know who you are!

Larkhill would be a great first novice. Even better there is a schooling day there a couple of weeks or so before on the Monday, so you might fancy that. If so I'll see you there, or indeed join me? I have booked a group of 3 at 1.30pm, Mark Corbett coaching, you are very welcome to be one of us! x
