In September I purchased a bridle made from English leather by a well known company paying £240.
I had to return part of it as the brass had chipped off two of the buckles within a few days, the replacement part was faulty that the leather strap was too large for the buckle. The company have sent another replacement that I have placed to once side with Christmas and work.
Having got the part out the leather is very stiff and has white dots deep into the leather. It's been kept in the house so not mouldy. I'm sure that being stiff it will end up rubbing my horse.
I'm really disappointed and even more so after feeling some amazing bridles at Olympia that were cheaper.
I'm not sure where to go from here, I hate complaining but I feel quality just isn't up to standard for a £240 bridle.
