I want to get my mare a bridle but she is in between a full and cob size. How do other people manage without having to buy 2 bridles!?

Either use the cob size on loosest setting or full on tightest ;)

If certain parts of your horse need different sizes eg say she's more cob in head length but full around the nose, you can buy bridles in parts and build your own.

My filly is in a pony bridle with a full size browband. I might have to get some cob sized cheek pieces if she grows anymore, but the throatlash has loads of growing room left.

Quite a few different brands will let you pick different bits of your bridle in different sizes - Jefferies come to mind, but I know others do to. I would go with that so your bridle actually fits - too important a piece of tack to have a poorly fitting one!
