After buying 4 different miniature bridles, all of which were much too chunky for face (rubbed under her eyes etc), I bought an in hand bridle.

I need a riding bridle though, one to attach bit and reins. I've tried one from the Pony Tack shop but noseband circumference too small, but the rest too big. Looking at one of the Libby's ones but would prefer second hand rather than new to save a few pennies!

Watching this with interest! I bought a Shetland in-hand bridle, but it's too big. Need a mini one!

It depends on what you want to spend but this ebay seller makes the most lovely bridles and has a good grasp of small pony heads (not literally lol)

Mine has a bit and reins on his. The only difference is that the noseband threads through the cheek pieces instead of having an extra strap around his head. Fits a treat!

Ah that looks fab, and to be honest, even if we did show, it would be in hand and for ridden, at local level you'd get away with it/ x

Search "shetland showing tack" a lady makes all the tack and helps with the measuring up etc.
