Just a moan really, ordered a bridle on their 50% sale only to have had my order cancelled as not in stock gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Wouldnt have minded to much but exactly the same happened before Xmas with Frogpool with an Albion bridle

Guess i need to keep looking . . . . .

Oh that is so annoying.
I looked at the sale and everything I clicked to put in my basket was out of stock so gave up in the end!
I remember last year I ordered a Mountain Horse Grace jacket from another online store which was a bargain and ordered some other items to "Make the order up" as you do!! only to find the other items delivered but no jacket as was no longer in stock.
I wonder sometimes if they even have the items in stock in the first place or are they just put them on to tempt you into making an order?

I never knew Pets At Home did horsey stuff! Just had a look and was tempted to buy one of there £30.99 bridles .. then decided I might as well get the one I saw in Speedgate for £20!! :D

I didn't know they did either! there is a huge one opened up near me but there isn't any horsey stuff there. I know they used to sell feed 11 years ago but then stopped.

My OH is going to hate that I've found another horse site to buy yet more stuff that I don't need. Lol.
I knew they did feed (although a very poor selection at our local stores) but didn't realise they did other stuff...

That is crap, that your order's been cancelled.

I agree Mrs_Wishkabibble, although the only good thing is that i ordered a dressage whip (fed up of competing with a bright blue one!) and i moaned at the girl that i wasnt prepared to pay £3 postage for a whip at £4 so she said she will refund me the £3 aswell!

tonitot and sidesaddlegirl - I've got a store near me and they used to have horsey stuff but not anymore, found this stuff on the website, would have been great if they'd had it in stock, nevermind!

I think i am the fussyiest person ever to pick a bridle, i hate flash's and struggle to find padded but not wide nosbeands and i want a padded poll too, plus charlie is big on the nose but small in length so stuffle to get one without having to change the cheek pieces aswell.

Now you can see why i struggle!

Pets at Home only have equestrian on their website i believe.

They have a 50% off sale at the moment (i think it's still on)

I have bought some stuff, real good bargains :D

Im very supriced frogpool let u down
I sell bridles of all sizes and types at competive prices
Give us a pm if your interested I can order them I'n a when and needed

My brother is the Logistics Director at Pets at Home and I have pestered him non stop for them to stock horsey stuff!

Apparently they have a limited range at a store in/near Newmarket but the reason they wont carry it elsewhere is because of the space it takes up and they can stock about 20 dog collars in the space required for one bridle etc. The same applies for feed. I do keep nagging for them to try stocking a basic feed range as it is open 7 days and is normally pretty convenient for people to drop in. You never know - he may listen to me one day :D ;)

Sounds like the 'fabulous' Go Outdoors one day sale that they held on Wednesday. 50% off all horsey stuff., But of course anything half decent was all of a sudden 'out of stock' on Wednesday, only to suddenly return the following day when sale finished.
