Bridle to go with combination bit

I've recently started using a combination bit for faster work and XC etc. I know they're not everybody's cup of tea but my horse really likes it and goes well in it. He’s very keen to tell me if he doesn’t like something!

I need a bridle to use with it. My current one has integral noseband hangers so at the moment I'm attaching them to the cheek pieces with plaiting bands to keep them out of the way which isn't ideal. The way the cheekpieces attach to the bit also means that they're a bit further forward and closer to my horse's eyes than I'd like, although he doesn't seem bothered by this.

Can other uses of combination bits make any recommendations please?

I just use headstall/cheek pieces/brow and from old snaffle bridle - nice and simple and works fine. I use combination bit for everything on my sensitive TB after trying loads of different bits to find one he was completely comfortable with. He’s very light, soft and relaxed in the mouth and I hardly touch reins.

Thanks, mine is a sensitive TB and sounds exactly the same. I also tried all sorts of different bits with him before coming to the combination bit. If I could do dressage in it I would!

I don't have a suitable old bridle that I can adapt unfortunately but will look to try and find something online. A lot of them seem to have the noseband hangers built in nowadays but hopefully I can find something that doesn't.
