Bridleways??

Just looking for some guidance really.

Does anyone know how we can apply to have a track made into a bridleway? Or if this is even possible?

The track is about 1 mile long and has been used since the 16th century for horses but recently no entry sign have appeared for horses.

Best bet is the Rights of Way dept at your local council offices; tho' if you're like ours they were half asleep before "the cuts" and now "the cuts" have happened, they're totally in hibernation methinks.

Or look up your nearest BHS officer. Both our BHS rep and rights of way dept are very helpful.
