I was wondering something... A little while ago there were a few posts from people telling of their really good experiences from online tack stores and shops etc
Well, my local tack shop is 5 mins from my house but has odd hours of 10-5 mon-Fri (closed sat and sun) which means I can literally never get there unless I have leave off work or something. However, they will always sell me something over the phone and leave it in a secret location for me to collect it out of hours.
I think I must have done this a dozen times or more and I am REALLY REALLY grateful for them doing this (and they know it!). I just wondered where would you write to to highlight their brilliant customer service
Letter to magazine, are there any awards?
Their website is brilliant too and always up to the minute with accurate stock.
I am not connected to this shop in any way so I hope no-one thinks this is advertising. I just genuinely think that good customer service should be rewarded or acknowledged!
