Brindle and black and tan labs

I recently read about 'chimeric' horses and dogs which is explained alot better than I could HERE (near the bottom)
they are basically twins which have started to develop then one absorbs the other to form one dog/horse
but it could explain brindle labs as most brindle horses are actually chimeric.

If they were chimeric you wouldnt be abkle to breed for it as it is pot luck and very very rare.
 
To reiterate, I have an issue with people breeding for colour alone, like the people standing an epilepsy carrier with an score of three on one elbow at stud, simply because he is a cool colour, happening right now as we speak. But hey, they LOVE their dogs.
I also agree that no good dog is a bad colour.
