Bringing sec a into work

Hi I have a very lovely but cheeky sec a. He has had a year off...I'm currently taking him back out just long reining to see the sights and help his weight. Does anyone else do this with their little ones or should I look for a little rider? He's generally great but can be stubborn.

When you're ready to give your months notice - tell her that you've really loved being at the yard. Thank them for all their help, and probably leave it at that.
