Was watching it on German TV as am in Austria atm, they made a massive hoohah about Kuchengirl and what the future holds for her and almost seemed disappointed with the silver medal! The people I was watching with also couldn't understand why they selected her when there are so many good horses in Germany, despite the fact she'S been jumping double clears in Nations Cup etc.
I thought the British were great, especially Ellen Whitaker...hard to believe she's only 21!

It was great to watch - was trying to roast a chicken & tape a few songs off the radio at the same time

, but managed to see most of it . John Whittaker is fantastic , quiet but effective . I've been watching him ride for years & admire his style - well done to everyone else though !
