British Horse Owner Perception and Understanding of Equine Therapy

Thank you for letting me know.

I have had lots of replies that have worked but I think I know what isn't working for you.

Q6 where it asks about the ages of the horses that you own, it was necessary to enter 0 it the boxes which did not apply.

I have removed this setting so I hope it doesn't cause anymore problems.
I would be grateful if you could please try again and I hope it will work this time.

Thank you :)

OK done, though there are still some problems on qs where you may want to go back and delete a selection but you can't! All you can do is change it! Not well thought out, sorry!

If its questions that you didn't need to answer, it will flag them up to me when I analyse the results and I can remove the answer.
Otherwise, if it is wording/style/question order you were concerned about there was no other way it could be without me giving bias by influencing peoples answers. It has been approved by lecturers at Writtle College.
Thank you for taking the time to complete it again though.

I have responded to your survey. Worked fine for me, and can understand the reasoning behind many of your questions.

However, I hope I do not skew your answers (perhaps just the qualitative response section) as I am a marketing consultant and do PR/marketing for an ETP. As a result I have read numerous published papers on complementary therapies, their applications and their benefits (of course, the cons, and negative perceptions). I would be very interested in your results, though, because the data will most certainly enable me to tailor the messages we promote to our audiences in a more appropriate fashion.

Thank you.

Your answers won't skew my data don't worry.

I'm glad you find this interesting and feel the results may be of use in the future, as it is people like you that I am hoping my results will benefit.
