British Horse Society Training for Non-European Citizens

Hello everyone!



I am in my late 20’s and would love to travel to England or Ireland to train under the British Horse Society’s training program (I am Canadian). With this pandemic I am sure things are different but I would still love some answers.



Would it be possible for someone like me to be a working student and be in the training program at my age and given my citizenship?



Can anyone suggest a place for me to look into? I saw many places but it appears their training program was geared towards high school/ college/ university students and I couldn’t find anything about “international” students.

I would try Talland. They have a number of international students training towards their BHS exams.

I highly recommend Ingestre. I had the best time when I spent a few weeks there, and if it wasn't at the other end of the country from me I'd be there every week!
