Having had a quick scan of the website I can't see if I need to pay the membership fee + the change of ownership fee or just the change of ownership fee when I send Oscar's passport in - any ideas?
I suspect each society is different. I paid a flat fee to the ID soc to change ownership and to add the relevant pages to bring it up to date. Im going to have to send it off again soon as the colour has changed!
