The third series of Broadchurch starts tonight. Now the eagle eyed of you need to keep a look out for a very small part performed by my Lily (dog in my avatar)
It will be a blink and miss it part and I don't know which episode however she was a star on set so I hope we do see her

Have recorded it satinbaze. Now all I will be concentrating on is looking for a Flatcoat! At least I can pause and run back to see it again!
I only looked at this because I wondered why Broadchurch would be discussed in the dog section!

She was not on Mondays episode 1. I wish I knew which episode but unfortunately I don't �� It must be a ploy so we have to watch all 8 episodes

Yes tonight should be the night. I was asked to do filming today with both girls for another drama but unfortunately I was not able to get time off work��. A real shame as it would have been good fun. Hopefully something else will pop up soon

Just watched the episode and you can see Lily in the background but they have cut her out in the bit where the sock is put in the Evidence bag. She was sitting next to the owner.

How disappointing satinbaze, typical of filming they cut so much, and why did it have to be out of focus? Did they specify they wanted a flatcoat as you could barely tell?
Anyway we were pleased it WAS a clever flattie!

They wanted a "posh" dog so not specifically a flatcoat. The agency gave them a number of dogs to choose from and they picked Lily. She was much admired whilst on set. I think because they needed it to be clearly a sock with striped top that is why she was cut. Lily hit her mark each time but the sock was WAY more trouble

She acted the sock off the screen! Wondered if it was her that played the sock-finding dog!
