I have read posts on here about the quality of their stuff and delivery reliability being poor. Well delivery was great, arrived promptly but unfortunately horse has been iced in so today is the first day he has been able to try it out. Put it on him, fitted well, adjusted straps and put him out. Went to bring him in this evening and the top clip on the front of the rug has broken off

Fortunately the bottom clip held so the rug stayed in place relatively ok just slipped back a little. I've been waiting for ages to get him a combo rug then found this one which was a good price so thought it can't be as bad as people are saying. Don't know what to do now though. I've also heard their refund department doesn't give the best customer service so don't want to send the rug back and be out of pocket for it (also can't be bothered faffing about if they do live up to their reputation) but don't want to fix this problem and then find something else breaks on the rug that I can't fix so easily

you can send it back as not fit for purpose! and get a refund! clips do break though cant you replace it? or this a political argument? i would let them know replace clip and retain return option.

I had a DH Watergate turnout and all the clips broke on it...I think they use rubbish quality male/female clips on the straps.

I wrote/emailed and phoned them and they sent me replacement clips. I ended up getting them all replaced by my fab rug repair lady as it is a good, warm rug.

I would call them and say that they should pay for them to be replaced?
