I no longer have a horse but before she went to a new home, she managed to break 17 wooden field posts that are internally attached to the wire fencing (if that makes sense!) They have snapped in the ground. The fencing belongs to the farmer next door, and we need to get it fixed asap before the cows come back into that field. As it is damage to someone else's property, is this something that could be claimed on 3rd party insurance (BHS Gold) ? Haven't been in this situation before, and I've never had to make a claim, so this is all new to me! Any help appreciated, thank you
