Change vets.

Has the vet done a swab/culture of her uterus? My first guess would be an (low grade) infection/inflammation.

Two previous foals does not ensure that the mare will continue to breed for you.

Check out everything vet wise including a cytology biopsy. Then check what you are feeding. Not going to go into too many details as I am not a vet. After getting my mare thoroughly checked after not getting in foal after 3 foals from 1st time attempts, i changed feed. Needless to say she is back to being the easy breeder she used to be.

Without having any details it could be anything. You dont say what your vet has done so far or any of the circumstances.

No advice but I read the title as Brood Mare not talking .. I was a bit confused until I read it properly
