Brood Mare

Hi just wondered if i could have some advice about leaseing a brood mare.

I have a gorgeous throughbred mare bred by Queen Elizabeth loverly breeding i rescued her in poor state,owners forgot to feed her!!!! So she came to me

i adore her she has been ridden and jumped in the past proving very quiet she is not marish at all 100% allways. She is being scanned on wednesday as possible in foal to coloured warmblood stallion very good lineage, I am looking for a loan/ lease home for her and the loanee will have ownership of foal and can put her in foal again if they wanted as would be an asset to any stud i dont want to sell her as i dont want her getting into the state she was in!! and to be honest i wouldnt know where to start with breeding ect. If she is in foal i would ask for cost of what i think the foal is worth as super pedigree and i also wondered if you would charge a season fee?Any ideas please let me know
