Hi

I have a horse that is lovely in every way but a little too quirky when being ridden. Ive thought she could go off to be a broodmare. She is very well bred etc

Does anyone know of any studs/ private people that buy broodmares, I would like her to go somewhere nice?

I'd put this in breeding, but just for my two pennies worth I don't think a mare that is no good to ride should be bred from...sorry.

Clodagh- thanks for suggesting the breeding section, Im new to the forum so dont know what goes where!

And she is currently in full work so is not unridable!!!

The reason I have put the idea about her going for breeding is so that I could possible find a good stud where she can go and I can keep an eye on her.
If I had more stables, money or an understanding owner I would keep her to event (Im a professional event rider) as she has plenty of scope (would go PN) but she does have the odd day where she does not want to be worked therefore either an understanding riding home or a breeding home are my two options for this bright horse.
I really like her and am not prepared to let her go to just any one.
A lot of thought and talking has gone in to thes decision!!
