Broodmare loan contracts?! HELP PLEASE!

Not for me, but my friends mare is going out on loan as a broodmare... has anyone got a contract she can borrow?

Im guessing there must be some differences between that and a normal contract?

failing that, could someone help me out making one?

The BHS website has a good standard loan contract that you can amend for loaning a brood mare.
