is anyone going to this? there's one in december and one in january. i'd quite like to do one with my 4 year old but not sure whether baby horses would be catered for?

i am looking at it but the routefinder wants me to go straight through Birmingham city centre which i'm not too sure about!

think i will do a reccy in the car first...

I'm very tempted to do this with my ex-racer, was hoping he would cater for very green horse, nothing scary or big........

we are by Worcester, about 20 mins from Birmingham.

could go around via motorway but that would make it a very long journey.

i'm going to contact them and ask about baby horses and suitability for the clinics in january ( a bit too poor for the one in december!!

Doesn't the M6 link to the A50 near Stoke ?? Eland is only about five minutes in off the A50 so you should be able to scoot around Birmingham. Definitely don't go through Birmingham City !!!!!

well i rang and they said any ability level is fine and groups will be grouped accordingly. so have booked on for december

May book the December one but it will be with my sensible, older horse- so i won't be joining you in naughty youngster corner as Millie is on hols until christmas.

Thanks for ringing Eland diggerbez, I think I will take my 4yr old in January, I love Brooks teaching and think he is such a fair rider and trainer having had a horse with him in the past. Lovely to have something to look forward to,hopefully they will group horses/riders properly. Will also be nice to meet some local eventing H/H people.

well i was originally going to go for the january one but then i looked at the dates...i do exam marking in january and it falls in the middle of that so not sure if horse will be in work for that couple of weeks
