Welsh b being shown for this season in hand as a 3yo while he matures and will be a riding pony-at least for now. Need inspiration for the browband-easier with a bay!

I always think burgundy looks great on a palomino, brown and cream looks good

This colourway is unusual but classy http://silverburnbrowbands.co.uk/products/313996--sharkstooth-show-browband.aspx

The lady that runs that company is very very helpful and the browbands are exquisite quality

If you arent already a member the Horse Gossip and Show Ring forums are helpful with showing advice alongside some of our own on here of course!. You have to pay to be a member of the Show Ring forum but they are a very supportive and inclusive community and have done my confidence regarding showing the world of good

Personally I would suggest retraining as a SJ instead and getting lots of gold bling :o

LOVE your bridle! Looks so comfy and flattering

Thanks. Not as impressed with the leather as I expected to be, the dye came out on some of it all over my other cob's (white) face but it does appear comfortable and nicely chunky for big cob heads!

Looks different on her (hand shorter but everything else is bigger!).

Blue. Baby blue, red, burgundy used to suit mine.

These pics are so lovely, I love palominos. I don't miss the pale winter coat and long white mane in our boggy clay fields. Life is easier with a bright bay!

That's a shame, I hate buying leather online because I always worry about the quality and return postage ends up costing a fortune . Which make is it? Lovely horses :)

It's evision. To be fair they offered to exchange it but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back and not having another bridle / needed it for shows etc so I didn't bother. I bought it at Blair so did see it in the flesh and thought it looked fine. Which it is other than some of it is discoloured for no apparent reason. I might take it with me this year and see what they say. I like the style (it's an equiture browband). I would buy another one if I knew it wouldn't discolour.

I have deep forest green on my girl, suits her reallly well. Her bridle is really blingy though, went for black bridle with some unsual white stones there.

I love the palominos!
