He was fifth in his stressage test (rather generously I think but as we got a pink rossie I won't complain :p)

Here is the old boy sporting said frilly. I apologise for the half plaited mane, I ran out of time for falsies!

I have a couple of little bits of vid but I'm not brave enough to post them and they're really short anyway.

I am almost proud of him today. Almost!

Not so much of a knobber now? :D

I dunno K, there were definite elements of knobberisness in the second test! He bucked and everything. No one else's horse bucked. Or tried to canter off down the long side.

I am going to focus on the first test though which was very sweet and willing :D

Well done! :) Where did you go? Want to get monster out to some unaff dressage when we're back in Cambs so looking for potential venues :)

Long drove at Somersham. It's about half an hour away. Very nice low key place and everyone was very friendly :)

What a clever boy to win such a pretty frilly. Like your headcollar - who makes it please?

Dressage today - first of the Winter Series at local centre, one horse left arena at the first corner at 100miles an hour - only been off the track a few weeks. As these are a training series judge allowed horse back in where he proceeded to do a passable test.

Interesting though - yesterday was the start of the duck shooting season and centre lies along side the Waikato river - one gunshot! no a full volley of them - we expected there to bodies (humans) littered everywhere - but nothing even flicked an ear but later there were some school horses in a lower paddock and horses could only see horse eating monsters - it was very entertaining as horse after horse riding around the arena pirouetted and departed.

dh, but your hoss actually did a nice test! I saw you! Mine was a knobber in prelim7! And he did load up for you to come home at least :)

E, headcollar is made by Eskadron and is an absolute life saver with big bolshy warmbloods!

V, warm up is on a surface but it isn't very big. The surface they have there is absolutely lovely though and beautifully maintained
