My mare has a slight bruised sole and i was just wondering if there was anything i can do or use to help it heal more quickly for her.

My mare got a bruised sole when she was at stud without shoes. she had a hot poultice changed twice a day and both legs bandaged as well as a boot on her bad hoof

We do the same as above and when our horse had one it took about 10 days to heal.

I put shoes on my horse (quite a feat considering hammering onto sore soles is not fun) - she trotted out sound after that, and was back in full work 3 days later (on a soft footing).

Hot tub the foot (basically soak the foot for 10or so minutes in a bucket of hot but not boiling water) then hot poultice...after 3/4days i would get shoes back on and you should fine a huge difference a day or 2after shoes are back on..
