Hi,
My 14.2 pony brushes and catches himself on the inside of his foot just above the coronet band during fast or jumping work. He has short legs and a lot of bone. Hes a heinze 57, some Fell, some NF, some sec D we think. He has 9 inch of bone but only 9 inch length of cannon, so you can see the dilemma here. I don't want to use any doughnut rings if I can help it. Any recommendations please.

Scalping boots might work. I don't know if they are easy to get hold of in the UK as they seem to be more common in the US.

Bell boots on the hinds should work. Also speak to your farrier and get him to trim/shoe him accordingly as a lot can be done to getting him swinging his legs differently.
