Brushing boots ??

So i would like to buy my new horse some brushing boots for hacking , riding and maybe jumping but not sure what size to buy him ! He is a 16.3 hh thoroughbred / warmblood cross (not Exactaly sure what he has in him , this is what I got told )
What is the best brand to buy and what size boot would fit him ??
