BS intro at rowallan tomorrow anyone??

thank you! :)

very nervous as quite a few of the yard going who are all seasoned BSers, spot the odd one out with the beige jods and the yellow tagged skid lid! amatuer 1m qualifier classes on first so at least not too early a start :) will take the camera and fingers crossed someone will take some snaps!

Yes! We are also going for the tiny classes with one of our new babies. I will have the video camera if you come and say hello. :) Son has metallic blue Protector hat and blue jacket with red collar.

Just in this second from Ingliston. It was mobbed! 50 in the Newcomers, Disc and 40 in 1.15. Saffy was 5th and DC in the Newcomers with what son thought was a slow DC but they placed to 10th.

See you tomorrow!

congrats measles and son!! :)

S took little black mare to do 1.15m but left yard at 6 and they werent back yet so presume she was held up or blethering!! they are also going tomorrow with 4yo so if you spot their truck i will probably be hovering closeby! think i will take my trailer though so i can suit myself and organise all my junk, gold frontera and green ifor 505 if you see me first otherwise look out for aforementioned yellow tag skid lid and blue jacket, they said i cant wear tweed! (joking!) on little dark bay/currently black gelding bound to be very zoomy as it will all be super exciting! good luck and hope to see you there! :)

I saw her jump the 1.15 - had a fence I think but I really like that mare. Paul pulled away before the 1.25 began but there were pretty bad hold ups on the M8 so perhaps they got stuck in that.

Son is doing the 70 & 80 as well so there will be at least two of you in it :) We have a green lorry with silver stripes.

aww wee Leena! she is a sweetie Paul isnt keen on her but hes a hard man to please!

i think it has been busy all weekend a few of peeps on the yard went on friday night and four of us from yard doing the 70 tomorrow so maybe a sixth pace for me and Rex!! :)

We went yesterday (Sat) to do the 70 & 80 on a ticket. My horse is still very looky at things and the Finding Nemo wavy planks were scary but he went round a lot more forward in the second class so very pleased that we are improving!

Have fun and let us know how you get on

I went yesterday, there were some seasoned BS'ers and the occasionally ignorant person in the collecting ring (I told a lad 3 times that jnhuk was coming to the upright and he still walked across in front of her.....Grrrrr)

Did the two 90cms classes, was really chuffed as came 3rd in the first 90cms (technically 5th as there were 2 riders on a ticket), I then rode like a numpty and made my hoss have 2 down in the second class - damn it!

Anyway as I had bought a 6 month membership with BS he won £1 notional for his card and we won our entry money back. :) :)

Ta to Jnhuk for taking me, It was a lovely day. Rowallan was a bit quieter than Snec although that could be due to the courses not be completely changed between every class!

How did you get on K? I was there on Saturday afternoon for the 1m amateur, it was busy for an intro! Will do a report when pics go online Tuesday/Wednesday, looking forward to reading everyone else's - seems there were a few of us there!

Measles our paths WILL cross sooner or later ha ha! Come to Rowallan and stay at the last weekend show before Christmas (10th-12th December) - it's our area piss up on the Saturday night! Decided to jump on Saturday instead because had already wasted all morning playing with horses (out qualifying P2Pers) so thought I should just get all the time eaters out the way in the one day. Seem to have picked the most s**t hot class of the weekend to jump in as well looking at the results grrr...

dead chuffed with him, hes such a lovely wee soul to have around! :)

got a bit of a dilema about where to live over the winter though as no T/O at P's and arena surface is not great actually it has become a bit of a bog and the indoor is erm interesting! so not sure what to do as all the places around are the same so will have to travel?? decisions!
