Would normally post this in CR but not many replies so decided to go here instead
We only aimed to do a 80cm clear round, which he did but not very stylishly! So we entered the 80cm warm up class and jumped absolutly foot perfect until the last fence which we got underneath a bit and the front pole went. We came 4th though!!!
I then decided to do the 90cm amatuer qualifier and he jumped amazingly even in the jump off when the jumps where 1m! He actually went better as the jumps got bigger so chuffed with him
2 weeks ago we got eliminated in an 80cm and today he was a different pony, its all of a sudden clicked with him.
Just need some advice though, I kept getting a bit deep into some of the oxers, luckily he managed to pick up but when we start jumping bigger it will become an issue, what exercises can I do to help this?
No pictures sorry my mum didn't bring the camera
