BSHA amateur rule

I have a lightweight show Cob coming out under saddle next year. I would consider myself to be an amateur, but I'm not sure under the rules if I would qualify because I rent my spare stables to a friend on a DIY basis, to help keep the grass down.

Do you think this makes me exempt from the amateur classes?
