BSJA Calenders

Was just looking on the site and saw the new calender for 2008. They are £5 plus £2 p&p, thats disgracful, youd think they'd give them to members wouldnt you.

When you consider how much you pay for membership against what you actually get, it isn't very good value for money s it?

Yeah, but that's not funded from your membership fees...the show centres have to fund the prizemoney as well as paying the BSJA a fee for the privilege of holding one of their shows

If they gave them to members people would say it was a waste of funds so they can't win either way. I would prefer a Kylie calender anyway.......

I dont think £7 for a calender is that bad actually, and I'm glad they haven't given them to us like the local Indian does.

I actually got given a calender last year as I won my regional points legue & it was part of the prize & I have to say I never used it just stuffed it in some draw.... dont really see the appeal to having Ellen or Tim on my way.. rather pictures of my horses instead!!!!!

As far as the BSJA go they are all take take take, yet we all keep renewing.. im the worst I slag it off something rotten then I renew my membership... just wish someone could come up with an alternative - how good would that be, same venues same courses same entries and prices but half the membership!!!!!!
