BSJA MEMBERSHIP FORMS help please?

I have been trying to print the Bsja membership forms from their website but cannot print them, I only get the logo and then a few intermitent lines. Any tips as to how to do it would be appreciated alternately if anyone has a copy on their computer which will print perhaps they could e mail it to me. I have also tried the copy on BE but get the same.

Have you tried Control P rather than File print and/or the symbol?

go to the form on bsja website, open it, press the PRNT SCRN key on your keyboard, then open a new document in word and press ctrl + v, then press print file from word.

You might need to update your version of Adobe. It sounds like your computer as both sites don't work.
