BSJA new rule book?

Good idea or waste of money?

Mine arrived today. Was just thinking about whether or not people think there a good idea, and if they will use them?

My random post of the day! I was just happy i got mail, i never do! lol!

Good idea I like it and certainly saves BSJA sending a rule book each year they can just send amendments.

Yes never thought of that. I think the check list might be helpfull, im a rather dizzy!

I like the check list aswell, and Ill def use that, but not sure if Ill ever use the rest of the rule book!

i do think its a waste of money.
saying that though it will save the bsja money by just sending out ammendments.
yay our membership fees may drop ........... yeah right!!

I'm a bit concerned with how 'fragile' it is!! I've already managed to rip a couple of pages just flicking through, too scared to touch it now

yes l have ripped it as well!! Only thing l noticed is there isnt a year printed on the book anywhere??

im not sure if i will use mine or not, BUT one thing that caughty my attention and has been bugging me (regarding the check list) is how they have used word art on it, surely they can afford a designer to pick a better type face??? it just makes it look a little cheap with the word art, but mby its me being picky due to being a design student?

Personnally, I prefer the fact that they have used a simple thing like Wordart for the Check List as employing a designer would only cost us members more money!

I very rarely touch my rule book TBH...! Ive always lost my last few.

sullivan - the price they charge us to join etc. I think that they could very easily afford a designer!!

Glad that they've finally issued it. I'm a BSJA judge, and I'm fed up with pointing the rules out to people only to be told "we haven't got a rule book, so didn't know".
