bsja passport?

My friend has been sold a mare but with no passport! Apparently this passport is fake and she wont need it! However, this is apparently a bsja passport?
Can you get a bsja passport?
And if so, does this mean this mare has competed bsja?

Yes you can get a BSJA passport, it's what one off mine had as she was registered with them when the rule about passports came out so I applied through them. It doesn't mean that the horse will off done BSJA though. But I'm confused, has this horse got a passport or not??? They not meant to be transported or sold without one???

Yes i know it illegal to sell but originally this horse was on loan, then she was told just to keep her, slightly dodgy but she is trying to get passport and background info, thats all i wanted to know.

We dont know her passport name! The owner has been asked to hand her the passport but she just says " ive not needed it in 5 years, plus its fake" how the heck to she get her vacs etc then?
