Took Fee off for some practise at weston lawns yesterday before the festival next week at Arena Uk, consicous that ive only jumped four or five 1.05m classes....

The traffic was terrible and so i missed the course walk, luckily they still let me enter, probably because it was really quiet and there wasn't that many in the class - at one point i thought i might have to jump the newcomers instead!

She warmed up really well, and i must admit we are starting to work as a team, her jump felt awesome. It was pretty hot and i was a little nervous, but off we went into the arena telling ourselves it was going to be a double clear

(Think positive right?)

She was just amazing! I managed to stay on my rhythm and she jumped like a star....and we went clear in the first phase. By this time i'd let her get a little forward and she came down to a big oxer - the first jump of the second phase, a little too quickly and she stopped.

Keeping it together, i turned and came again with no problems and she jumped the rest clear!

Im really proud and now i cant wait to go to Arena UK next week!

Thanks for reading.

Well done, that was positive. How many was there in the end, in the 1.05m? I went a couple of times at a weekend show and it was awfully packed, so I presumed it would be the same in the week.
