BSJA report

went 2 do the bsja at kingston maurward today (in the pouring rain!) it was our first attempt at it as a full member (have done a couple on a ticket last year) i am hoping to da quite abit 2 improve his sj 4 B.E.

went in the british novices as there wasnt a discovery and i wanted to do 2 rounds and didnt want to do the newcomers as he hasnt done much jumping as he only been sound a couple of weeks since bath and west!

so anyway sj not being his strong phase i wasnt expecting much but he jumped a lovely round in the BN and had it not been for his stupid rider (me

) he wouldnt have had three time faults wen i got lost! ended up 3rd! would have won had it not been for the time faults!

then went in the 1 metre open and just tipped the first part of the double of but still managed to clear the last which was causing lots of problems!

so quite a good day i thought! might even get our name in the h+h for the BN round! the first time for bsja! i thought id never see the day! lol

Thats fab well done. I went there this morning. It was my first ever attempt at british novice and my boy just had two down in the jump off which were my fault.
Lots of people were saying it was big for a british novice. It certainly looked huge to me, but i am a windy show jumper!

aww thats fab! I did BSJA today too, I like it

but eventing is better obviously!
