bsja rules help

Hi all,
Apologies for just appearing and asking a question but I'm stuck without a rulebook!
Does anyone know what BSJA rules 314 and 316 are? I'm looking at entering my horse but I'm not sure he's eligible.

I'd stick this in Comp Riders if I were you as lots do BSJA in there
