BSJA:- Updating records...or not? (Rant)

Daughter posted a double clear on 17th August but it still doesn't appear on horse record. I phoned them, they have the result but say they are a bit behind at the moment & it should be o in a couple of days. That was last week. It's been almost 3 weeks now & still not posted........what do we actually pay them for?

Its the same for british dressage, my results from July have only just gone up. BE seems to be the only one that actually has fully updated records

My results from about 5 weeks ago have only just gone on BJSA record and one from about 2 weeks ago is on there. Loads in between still missing! they are so useless!

its not just the BSJA it can depend on the show organisers sending in the results in good time and correct which does not always happen, the BSJA have had problems with their database for a while now half of the breeding details are still missing but the usual answer is it will be fixed soon, at least the data is fairly accessable!

So BE is excellent then as results usually come up the same day?
