Oh yes, I had a quick look earlier.
Few teething problems like all the Scope qualifier dates have gone back to 2008 dates. Checked that ours are on there and all last years dates.
But on the plus side - looks a lot more informative for new members and non members looking for information.
Guess will just take some getting used to. Not tried logging on yet though....tomorrow

Tried logging in and that still works for me
Think it looks a little bit more user friendly, but then I mainly use it for the show calender and that looks the same but different colour ways!

'Search for a horse' has moved from the first page and is now well hidden....that's one of the one's i use most.
I guess i'll get used to it...but it looks very 'cluttered' to me now

It's just the same as before but twisted 90 degrees. The headers that were at the top are at the side, what a cunning ploy. I thought the old one looked more professional.

Yep its hidden on the right hand side of 70% of the pages

On Thursday a BSJA press release announced the new site, but when I looked it was still the old version and wasn't working properly. I emailed them, and got a quick reply telling me to ring their IT person who would help me. I replied that I was not willing to spend time & money on calling them when I had no urgent need of the site. Yesterday I checked again and it was up and running. There is actually more info than on the old one - the international area is much improved. That said I've already noticed quite a few factual and spelling errors. They do need a proofreader who knows the area - even their press release had mistakes!

That's unusually prompt action by the BSJA! Still wish Horse Search gave a bit more info, but I suppose we should be grateful for the fact that it's there at all.

im not a fan...lol, i prefered the old one...but it looks good for new/non memebers...but for people who have got used to the older one, it is a bit confusing :/ xx
