Hi all
So as you know I ride in a Total Contact saddle. I also compete for my school in NSEA competitions, and my teacher had some reservations about my saddle, so she emailed the bsja whether my saddle is ok to compete in. They came back saying no. So then I decided to email them myself. They came back with a no again, however, they gave me no explanation. So I quoted their rule book stating the only rule on saddles is that you must wear one, and I politely asked for an explanation why I wasn't allowed my saddle.
After much consideration, they have just sent me a reply, an official letter signed by the sports team leader and chief executive's assistant stating that I AM officially allowed to jump in my saddle. So to those of you that also have a TC saddle, it IS now bsja approved
A bit of a pointless post but I just wanted to share my joy with all of you
Peanutbutter cookies and tea for all
