bsps show classes

I dont know if anyone can help. Im looking at entering my pony into a bsps class at the begining of october but for the life of me i can not understand the schedule. She is a 12hh lead rein show pony so can i enter her in a mixed height show pony class if there are no lead rein classes avaliable? also how do i know if she is restricted or open and in simple terms what is the difference and what does this mean?? if you have any advice please let me know!!!

ok a mixed height show pony class will be for open ridden ponies or novices only, not lead reins. novice ponies are not to have won so much prize money (i think), opens are open to all. restricted are those who have exceeded the novices, but havent qualified RIHS or HOYS.
