Bucket grazing muzzles true to size?

Hi, to all those who have the bucket style grazing muzzles, are they true to size? my friend said she got a bigger one to make it easier for him to eat?? is this not just defeating the object?? or do they come up small. thanks x

They restrict the grazing through a hole, not through clamping their mouth shut by being too small
