Bucking and rearing

Devil hunni is back :/ after a nice peaceful winter of a saint of a horse I'm back with her playing up but I don't know why... I asked her to canter today in corner of school she reared took of then bucked until I came off, I got straight back up and smacked her once and got back on and showed who is boss, I just want to know why she is behaving this way, last summer when I first had her she was brilliant and infect she taught me to canter, now every time I ask she bucks :/ her back is fine, teeth not due yet and the o ly thing I can think of is saddle, see she has lost weight/muscle/top line in winter and I wad thinking it may be pinching her, and RI decided to tell me tonight she can see saddle moving up and down jn trot and canter!!! I use material girth so maybe it is rubbing her when she sweats ? As old owner used to use leather, please I just need answers!!!! ( we have saddle fitter coming soon) thanks

Also spring grass? Mine become loons at this time of year? Once you have dismissed pain etc.

From what you've said, I'd sort the saddle before you ride her again. If its banging up & down in trot then even a saint of a horse would be uncomfortable.
