Bucking session...very sore.

Rode my quiet sensible one in the menage today as Dad (bless him) offered tocome over and video as have exam soon. Warming up, walk, trot etc - got to bottom corner and horse spun round 180 degs and put in 5 continous bucks, fell off on the forth onto neck and knee (very red and sore!!)

He has never done this before? I did put a post in about napping on the roads when hacking and someone rode and whipped him a lot to get over this (only took him out once)

, but stopped this as felt too harsh, is this something to do with it..

Are we having a battle of the wills at the moment do you think?? He schooled well after this for 3/4 of an hour.

Juno, I give in!!! The other horse that hurt his shoulder now has a big scratch that bled down his back too?!?!?!? Not riding him again till 100% as saddle will rub etc...

Thank you for granting me a new year - need it have stage 3 next Thursday - eeek!!

Hope knee, neck, bum shoulder etc is better for then?

Hun you are having a bad run at the moment - I would have his back and saddle checked again?? something is upsetting him.

Also you know I think you should move to a thug free yard

SSM thank you x Gill the back lady is coming out next week to do both, so fingers crossed. Got dressage training at Brack with him today so will see if can stay on board, so to speak?!?!
