can anyone recommend any livery yards near to Winslow/Quainton/Milton Keynes which would do part livery, have good turnout, have a school and jumps, good hacking, possible transport to shows, and possible extra help if for example i cannot get down one night?

Thanks for any help you can offer,
Fiona

I don't know of any, sorry

BUT I'm also looking for a yard, in the wycombe/great missenden area. I need a stable, turnout, school, jumps, hacking etc.
I'm after part or assisted diy livery

so if anybody knows any, let me know!

there are lots of livery centres in and around Quainton, just drive around and you will literally stumble across them. There is Quainton Stud, not sure if the livery would be what you would be after but they do have fantastic facilities for their liveries, including an international indoor and outdoor arena, off road hacking etc. The staff are wonderful always willing to help out and they have huge fields. Give them a ring as they are very approachable. 01296 658259

For High Wycombe, I know of Shana Riding Centre, not sure what they are like for liveries and have only been there as a visitor so have no personal experience of them.

BHS site should also be able to help you with a search.

Hi, if you are able to go 8 miles there is Snowball Farm in Burnham. It is a really good centre and has its own cross county course as well as hosting shows etc, good hacking and they do part livery also. hope that helps

one place I was considering is deep mill farm - anybody know anything about it? I emailed but haven't had a reply so I might give them a ring

I go past it every day and it's perfect- great facilities and very close to me, so any more info would be great!

Breeze_mum: thankyou! I hadn't thought of there, it's a lovely place, I've competed there in the past

The yard I keep my horse at is not far from Wycombe (in fact between Wycombe and Missenden)and has vacancies. There are large stables with rubber matting and all year turnout. The hacking is great - straight into the woods. There is a 20x60 school. It is quiet and everyone is really nice. Only disadvantages not allowed to jump in school only in field. School is not lit at present. All types of livery. Have a look at the online classifieds in Chiltern and Thames Rider mag. PM me if you want contact details.

Deep Mill- lovely people, lovely facilities.

What about Pyatts Farm just outside Wycombe?? I know a lot of very happy people there.

Hideaway farm in Oving- just outside Aylesbury....

MKEC itself, of course...

Pferde Stud in Marsh/Meadle- just outside Aylesbury...

I'd say BargePole for Shana personally....
