A couple of people around here have set up horse-healing places which have been successful. They have all unfortunately come a little unstuck when the land they lease has been sold for development. You have the future proofing to succeed with your venture.

I will follow with interest as I used to drive past that farm on the way to my parents last house in Chelford. I also had a good spot of "fantasy rightmove" when it was listed but at seven figures it was well out of my budget.
