Building your own indoor

Hi everyone
Next year we may think of building our own indoor arena (with assistance of course).
I was wondering whether anyone had done this, and what their approx costs were, or any advice

(This is purely fantasy shopping at the moment but some facts and figures help )

Also must haves for redesigning stable yards....!

I already have an indoor school 44m x 22m with a Bowen surface and out of interest one day i researched what it would have cost to have had it built after contacting a well known local fabricator I was given a sum of 175 000 which includes doors [big x 2] RSJ frame roofing and cladding didnt include lining up to 1m all around, surface or lighting or concrete floor, its a massive undertaking get some quotes from professionals they are only too happy to help I found!
